MEMBERSHIP
Membership of U3A-Inverell is drawn from men and women who have essentially left the workforce, and who wish to keep their minds and bodies active in their "retirement" or semi-retirement.
Membership entitles you to attend as many activities as you can fit in.
As well as our annual membership fee, some activities may make small charges for materials, or may involve payment of admission fees, travel costs, venue hire.
Activity leaders are all members of U3A and receive no payment or reward; their time is given voluntarily.
Annual membership fee is presently $25 per member, BUT REDUCED TO $15 FOR 2022 DUE TO COVID 19 INTERRUPTIONS.
Membership enrolment forms can be obtained from U3A committee members, Inverell Library, Tourist Centre, Community Health, or 0439 583 739 (Course Co-ordinator Glenys Webber).
When an activity is proposed to start later on in the year, it is the responsibility of course participants to check nearer the commencement date that the course will still be conducted.
Please verify any course details by making direct contact with that particular activity leader, NOT the U3A Course Co-ordinator (Glenys Webber).

THE ACTIVITIES SHEET GIVES FULL DETAILS OF COURSES CURRENTLY BEING CONDUCTED. Activities vary from year to year depending on who is prepared to offer to lead courses, and whether enough interest is shown by members for such courses to run. While we have an open ENROLMENT DAY in January each year, people can enrol at any time during the year by sending a completed enrolment form accompanied by the annual fee to the U3A Treasurer, PO Box 1072, Inverell, NSW, 2360. Enrolments made in the 2nd half of the year are half price. CONTACT COURSE LEADERS DIRECTLY TO JOIN ANY COURSES
